Frequently Asked Questions About Our Design and Technology Projects

Here you will find clear answers to the most important topics regarding our platform for digital creativity and innovative technology projects.

Which design tools do you use?

We work with a modern toolchain consisting of Figma, Spline, and Webflow. For AI-powered workflows, we use Midjourney and our own models. The selection depends on the project – from the initial sketch to the interactive prototype.

How does collaboration on a technology project work?

After a free initial consultation, we jointly define the goals and scope. We work in two-week sprints, deliver regular interim results, and adjust the course as needed. Transparency and clear communication are important to us.

Can I participate even without prior knowledge?

Yes, many of our projects are aimed at beginners. We offer tutorials, workshops, and an active community to help with questions. The focus is on practical learning and implementing your own ideas.

Which technologies do you use for implementation?

For the frontend, we use React and Next.js; for the backend, Node.js and Python. For 3D and AR content, we use Three.js and Unity. The choice of technology depends on the requirements of the respective project.

Is there a way to contribute my own project ideas?

Absolutely. We encourage all members to present their own concepts. Ideas can be presented in regular pitch sessions. The team supports with feasibility checks and implementation.

How long does a typical project take?

The duration varies greatly: a simple UI design can be completed in two weeks, while a complex AR application takes several months. We create a realistic schedule in advance and keep you updated.

Plain Talk About Our Offers

To avoid any misunderstandings: We disclose what our services include and where the limits lie.

What does KreativHub mean by "individual design"?

Every project begins with an analysis of your brand and your target audience. The final design is developed specifically for you – it is not a pre-made template. Revision requests after the initial presentation are included within the agreed scope. Fundamental redesigns are billed separately.

Are the stated timeframes binding?

The project durations stated in the offer are based on our experience and on you providing all required content on time. Delays caused by third parties or subsequent changes to the scope may shift the completion date. We will inform you early if any deviations become apparent.

Who holds the rights to the created content?

After full payment, the usage rights to the final design are transferred to you. Templates, concept sketches, and unused drafts remain with us. Use of our work for third parties is not permitted without our written consent. We may display the project in our portfolio at any time, unless otherwise agreed.

What happens in the event of termination during the project?

You may terminate the contract at any time. Services already rendered will be invoiced based on effort. A right to use the interim results created up to that point exists only if they have been fully paid. We will then provide you with the data in standard formats.

How is liability for technical errors regulated?

We are liable for proper implementation according to the state of the art. Damages resulting from improper modifications by you, outdated software, or third-party plugins are excluded. Liability is limited to the contract value. Further claims, particularly for lost profits, are excluded.
